The North parcel foundation began in early 2018, was completed in 2021. The South office tower, Main Plaza and the Loews Hotel were completed in November 2022. With office space 100% leased and more retail tenants opening each month, The Plaza is ready to welcome you with open arms to the heart of the City Beautiful.

Most of the Neighborhood Streetscape enhancements were finished by the summer of 2022. The final outstanding beautification endeavor concerning the Plaza entails a collaborative initiative with the city to revamp Ponce Circle Park. Positioned directly across from The Plaza Coral Gables, this renovation aims to improve the area both aesthetically and functionally, providing a welcoming space for both residents and visitors to gather.

The Plaza Coral Gables offers a diverse selection of delicious restaurants, entertainment venues, beauty and wellness services, and beyond. Keep an eye out for new retail tenants opening their doors each month!

The historic house will be kept as the artistic, historic, and cultural center of The Plaza. The façade will remain untouched and interior improvements will take place to host an open to the public cage/bar/lounge Food and Beverage concept.
